Refund policy
At AERA, each piece is made to order with intention and care. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Return Window
You have 28 days from delivery to request a return.
Returned items should be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with tags attached and original packaging included
Returns & Sizing
If you would like to return your order due to sizing or change of mind:
- Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must meet the return conditions listed above
Because every AERA piece is created to order, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the issue where possible so we can review and resolve it quickly.
Depending on the issue and your preference, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
Returns Process
To request a return:
- Email support@aerawear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and recommend using a tracked shipping service where possible
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, along with any duties or taxes incurred.
A Few Notes
We’re unable to accept:
- Worn, washed, or scented items
- Returns requested outside the 28‑day return window
- Final sale items (where clearly marked)
