Refund policy


At AERA, every piece is carefully prepared and packed with intention and care.  If something isn't right with your order, we'll always do our best to make it right.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Return Window

You have 28 days from delivery to request a return.

Returned items should be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included where possible

Returns & Sizing

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue where possible so we can review and resolve it quickly.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Depending on the issue and your preference, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns Process

To request a return:

  1. Email support@aerawear.co.uk
  2. If your return is eligible, we'll provide our UK return instructions and our UK returns address.
  3. Package the item securely.
  4. Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning goods.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, please return your item for a refund (subject to our returns policy) and place a new order.

A Few Notes

We’re unable to accept:

  • Worn, washed, or scented items
  • Returns requested outside the 28‑day return window
  • Final sale items (where clearly marked)
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Personalised items cannot be returned
